I have been doing the breathing and meditation routine you gave and I was able to finally sleep pretty well. Thank you!
Catherine, COO
I distilled all that we talked about into a few words, which I carry with me and have posted around... it applies to everything that I do... Thank you very much for your support during a difficult period in my life.
Don, CEO
I've been really impressed with your sincerity, hard work and commitment to me. I would dearly like to continue to use your services in the future.
Lou, Professional Swimmer
I have been using the three hand gestures you taught me every day and have found them really useful. I think the anger is gone and now I am working through sorrow and shame. Do you have hand gestures for those emotions? If so, I would really like to learn them because the hand gestures are incredibly effective for me-- much more so than anything else I have tried in the past.

My husband had an alcohol addiction and was a chronic workaholic for years. Lucie suggested a combination of essence and natural herbs, with some counseling, after which he was able to stop drinking. Then his lifestyle changed and he started to plan time for relaxation. My husband eventually balanced his life and now, I am very happy for him!
Mariko Suzuki, Housewife
I am very thankful for Lucie's help. Because of her, I was able to look at clothes and fashion in a totally different way! I went shopping yesterday, and I knew exactly what to look for-- what fits my style, my senses-- it made things incredibly easy and enjoyable! I am looking forward to a fresher life ahead!

Robert (not his real name), is 60 years old, a businessman, and has just been divorced for a year. A seasoned salesman, selling services and products all his life, he suddenly could not sell anything. His business was deteriorating and he did not know how to solve the problem.
He approached us because of his problem maintaining a good relationship with his current girlfriend. He was in fact, heavily infatuated with her and wanted to marry her. His purpose in meeting us was to learn how to persuade her, which of course was not what we deemed as the real problem. He was having a mid-life crisis and trying to answer that with what he first thought as his problem.
After several sessions with him we came to a conclusion that he is still hooked-up with his past, had problems with both his parents and his only son, and is still haunted by his previous divorce. We immediately asked him to try to resolve the issues in his past through emotional release and spiritual exercises. We knew that his problem is a lack in spirituality.
Initially he did not believe us and we had to cancel the sessions because of this. He became impatient and was always asking for immediate results. He was trying to force the universe-- disrespectful of Divine Timing-- not recognizing that he has to work out some pending issues in his life first.
Two months later, he replied and said thank you for telling him the Truth. He has taken to heart all that we have said. He is now experiencing a renewal in his spirituality through increased courage and confidence.
One of our Japanese customers, lets call her Aiko (not her real name), is a 24 year old girl who had very low self-confidence, and worked in an environment with an abusive office relationship. Her posture was incorrect and her eyes were fearful and sad.
Because she was determined to change her life-- she wanted to be happy-- she came to us. Only those that are determined to change their life have the strength to come and ask for support.
After consulting with her about her situation, we designed a lifestyle program for her and had her coming every month. Nine months later, she was able to quit her old work, gain healthy confidence, found a new job, and met a new boyfriend.
One of our friends introduced us to her friend's son who had a very bad skin condition-- his skin had no white parts and it was itchy for 24 hours. It was such an inconvenience, the parents had to stop his schooling eventually.
They went to 20 different hospitals in Japan and were applying steroid creams, taking vitamin supplements, going to hot springs... but there were no changes.
We are neither dermatologists nor do we claim to cure skin diseases. Normally, we would advice a medical approach first. But we nevertheless tried to help, as both parents had already tried everything. Drawing from our own experience with early childhood skin problems, we started an Ayurvedic life's style program.
For one year, we guided the boy's parents in selecting a proper diet for him (e.g. an anti-kapha diet) which includes herbal teas. We also asked them to regularly apply sweating therapy, a regimen of exercises, proper breathing techniques, massages, hand gestures, daily detox and other non-intrusive, detoxifying remedies.
In one year's time he finally got a lustrous and healthy skin, and the itchiness was gone and he started going to school.
We will call him Onion Man-- somebody with a lot of complications in his life, we literally have to peel his problems off one-by-one to reveal other more hidden problems, until we came to his core. We met him while he was drinking a lot, had a medium-paying job that doesn't match his skill set and capabilities, and wanted to change his life completely but was unable to take concrete actions. He was married back then but with no child or responsibilities. He often talks about making his own business, yet never really made an effort to start one. He was so out of balance and was developing skin problems.
First step was to temporarily remedy his imbalance by providing temporary solutions such as mudras (hand gestures). In eastern medicine (particularly Chinese and Indian), the body is thought to be flowing with Ki or Energy, and their are meridians-- centers of energies-- or Chakras that need to be "open" in order for the energies to flow through unhindered. Unbalanced people usually have one or more "close" Chakras, blocking energy flow. Accupressure and acupuncture use this principle-- by sticking needles into your body, or by pressing points in the feet or hand, the energies get to flow properly. Hand mudras join the hands together in various ways to "short-circuit" the body's energy flow and as a result, remove the blockages and "open" the Chakras.
Onion man is a Scorpio by nature, so we expected him to be naturally assertive, but he was not. Upon questioning, he revealed he was eating fish as his primary meal. As his body type is primarily a Vatta-Kapha, this diet disrupted his natural pre-disposition to be assertive. For example, because of his body type and diet he became passive and will not try to argue a point in confrontations. But since he is a Scorpio, his self-confidence is forever hooked on his ability to win confrontations. Thus, you will eventually come up with a man with a very low self-esteem. To remedy this, we recommended a diet of meat and spicy foods. After a while, he became a little more assertive.
We also recommended a cleansing diet starting with the colon, then with the kidneys, lungs, and then with the lymphatic system. His skin problem was solved. Along with a little more assertive nature, his self confidence improved.
We learned that he has a fear of flying and of dying, in general. We recommended a little more spirituality in his life. As a Catholic, he came to believe that having a lot of money is sinful. We teached him how to tackle this with the following steps: (1) He had to dis-associate himself with the belief, (2) he had to reprogram his thoughts, so that he feels good around money. The more you feel good with it, the more you attract it.
He seems to attract negative things to happen to him always-- like dirty utensils when eating at restaurants. The law of attraction says that we attract situations, people, and events the way we think about ourselves. So he seems to think that he deserves less than others.
Onion man is a very special case, but is not rare. All of us had problems that start in one realm like spiritual, then spreads into the mental, then emotional, until it manifest itself in the physical. To completely change our life means to change every aspect of it, and it requires extraordinary dedication. We have worked with Onion Man for quite some time now, and we have traced his problems and solved most of it. But in the final case, there is only so much we can do-- the last battleground-- his mind, is his to solve alone.
